THAW, Inc. is an organization that improves the health and quality of life for African American Women and the communities they live in; through education and other interventions that promote health awareness and personal development. This interview will center around the origins of the organization, health disparities in the community, and tips to stay healthy and combat Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) in light of COVID-19 as the seasons begin to change.
