FOUNDRY

Our signature movement enhancement class for improving a wide variety of skills. You’ll increase strength, endurance and speed. Improve your distance running mechanics, sprint/agility speed and mechanics, reaction times, postural alignment and joint stability, mental resiliency and stress management as well as cognitive skills. Foundry makes use of our 20-yd turf area, power rack strength training stations, kettlebells, functional cable stations, curve treadmills, skillrun treadmills, synaptec strobe technology, halo Neuroscience headsets

BASE CAMP

One of our premier classes, base camp utilizes elite performance training programs. In Base Camp, you’ll be working on our versaclimber machines for Energy System Development (ESD), High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and postural strength. -Shred fat and dramatically improve your metabolic conditioning.

IMPACT

Not your typical boxing fitness program. You’ll be working with some of Pittsburgh’s best boxing fitness instructors. Dramatically increase strength. Burn fat. Improve overall heart health.

VELODROME

Incorporate low impact conditioning into your routine inside “The Velodrome”. For 86 years, our Arthur Murray Dance Studios have been providing the gift of dance to the Greater Pittsburgh area. Thousands of customers have passed through our doors and entered the wonderful world of dance. Arthur Murray Pittsburgh offers flexible instruction and schedules. There is one on one instruction with a professional instructor. These lessons are set up by appointment at your convenience. We also offer group classes that are available daily, and are unlimited to currently enrolled students. Just stop by one of our convenient locations. And, for some real fun, we have supervised dance sessions where you can practice your steps and work on favorite dances. These sessions provide you a chance to get together with partners and friends to enjoy your dancing — all in a relaxed atmosphere with a seasoned dance professional.
