ALPFA Leadership Summit: Lead From Who You Are

The ALPFA Pittsburgh Leadership Summit: Liderazgo Auténtico | Lead From Who You Are is a one-day experience designed to help professionals lead with confidence, cultural pride, and authenticity. Facilitated by Nayli Russo, Founder of Russo Leadership, the Summit combines hands-on workshops, leadership frameworks, and reflection tools that empower participants to lead from who they are.

Geared toward Latine professionals but open to all, this event offers a valuable opportunity for employers, HR leaders, and allies to enhance their cultural competency and strengthen inclusion within their teams. Attendees will walk away with a leadership action plan, practical skills, and connections with peers who are shaping Pittsburgh’s diverse professional community.
