Proper Brick Oven & Tap Room is an original concept developed and owned by Pittsburgh native Suzanne Hrach. Suzanne has traveled far and wide, dining and drinking her way across America and abroad for inspiration. She is thrilled to finally bring her idea of a "proper" bar and restaurant to her beloved hometown.

Proper Brick Oven & Tap Room is located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh’s Cultural District, just steps away from the city's finest theatres and galleries. They're an easy walk from the convention center, many downtown hotels, and the North Shore sports venues.
