PGH Green Innovators welcomes individuals and non-profits working on green economic development and is interested in creating a collaborative space for all tenants.  Located in the Energy Innovation Center, PGI is part of the Keystone Innovation Zone, which makes companies eligible for a number of benefits, including tax credits.

The buildout for the 3,330 square feet space includes reclamation of nearing $16,000 worth of fixtures and furnishings from the Connelley Trade School and the refinishing of the original 5/4-inch maple floors. The CoWorkshop was  featured by NEXT Pittsburgh as one of the top coworking spaces in the area.

Desk space ranges between $300-$400/month with discounts available for community partners, nonprofits and organizations working in the environmental realm. If you are interested in space, contact our office.
