Experience a 5 - course dinner designed by Chef Dennis Marron and Chef Brooks Hart, paired with Sommelier select wines for additional $50. 5 pm seating and 7:30 pm seating in our Main Dining Room with the warm ambiance of our 36 foot Wood-fire Grill and exquisite service.

First Course:
Chilled Prawns with Cocktail Sauce
Second Course:
Crab and Champagne Bisque
Warm Jumbo Lump Crab, Fennel, Dill
Third Course:
Dry Aged Braised Short Rib with Truffle Sauce, Potato Dauphinois, Butter Poached and Woodfired Lobster tail, Caviar Cream. Charred Greens
Fourth Course:
Chocolate Entremet
Chocolate sphere, dark chocolate streusel, fresh raspberry, raspberry & creme fraiche sponge cake, vanilla bean mousse

Indulge in a fun & sexy evening filled with Oysters, Caviar, Crudo, Chowder & Biscuits, Mignardises. We are celebrating all night with A Champagne Bar & A Martini Bar and Full beer and wine list available. The Ticket includes 5 drinks plus a Champagne Toast at Midnight. CHEERS!

Selection of Oysters and Clams, Cocktail Sauce, Pickled Pepper Mignonette, Barrel Aged Hot Sauce.
Chowder Station:
Clam Chowder, Vegetable Chowder, Tuscan Chodwer, House made Water Crackers and Breads
Crudite Station:
Selection of Winter Vegetables, Aiolis and Butters
Caviar Station:
Selection of American Caviars, Blini, Pickled Peppers, Hard Boiled Eggs, Creme Fraiche, Sauce Gribiche, Capers
