Sunday, August 11, 2019: Cleveland-based Platform Beer Co. is set to open their brewhouse and taproom in Bloomfield later this year. Get a preview of what's coming at this limited-seating event, where a Platform specialist (and PGH native) will guide you through tasting the notes of four beverages (including beer, cider and hard seltzer) in Colony's downstairs cafe, accompanied by house-made nibbles. Pick your favorite, then take your glass upstairs to the Cat Loft to cuddle with adoptable kitties. $30 per person; 21 or over only. 90 minutes total.
