Drummer and percussionist, Wm. Jevon Rushton was born on July 10, 1984 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. By the age of six, Jevon Rushton was already mesmerizing those around him with his dexterity as a young drummer. At age 14, Jevon made the decision to cultivate his playing by studying at the Pittsburgh High School for the Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) under the tutelage of jazz legend, Roger Humphries.
