The sessions prioritize leadership development and aim to enhance participants' leadership skills. By fostering an atmosphere where individuals are eager to work and physicians are motivated to practice, RiTE sessions will positively impact the interprofessional healthcare team. This initiative is one of the few forums that integrates interdisciplinary service lines across the Health Services Division (HSD) to share best practices and promote them throughout the division.
