Welcome to Our Neighborhood: Teacher Open House

The Learning Team at the Heinz History Center welcomes public and private school teachers, student teachers, home school educators, school administrators, and principals to the museum for a Teacher Open House on Tuesday, Sept. 12

Explore six floors of exhibits, examine our handling collection, and experience resources specifically designed just for educators.

Discover resources for your classroom while you network with colleagues, museum staff, and representatives from the Fred Rogers Institute, the Allegheny Intermediate Unit, National History Day, and Remake Learning.

Enjoy light refreshments and cocktails as you discover the diverse resources and opportunities that the History Center offers regional educators and students.

Admission is free for teachers with active teacher IDs or for those registering with a valid school email. Advance registration is required to attend the event. Limited ticketing will be available at the door.
