May OpenStreetsPGH: Sunday, May 28 - North Shore to South Side

Nearly a 4-mile route: From the heart of the North Shore into the heart of the Golden Triangle, through a magically car-free Armstrong Tunnel, and over the iconic 10th Street Bridge into the bustling East Carson St business district!

Where to go:

Kick it off on the North Shore at BikePGH's Kids & Family Hub located at N. Shore Dr & Art Rooney Ave. Featuring a Learn to Ride course from our Education Team, a mini BMX course from The Wheel Mill, and fun-filled activities from local organizations including the Pittsburgh Steelers, Carnegie Science Center, and Pittsburgh Pirates to enjoy along your car-free tour of the North Shore riverfront, Acrisure Stadium, and PNC Park.

The next stop is Market Square for the Health & Wellness Hub featuring fitness classes for all ages and skill levels hosted by the YMCA, a cooling station from presenting sponsor UPMC Health Plan, and many more healthy activities.

When you reach the South Side, visit BikePGH’s Arts & Culture Hub on E. Carson St between 19th and 20th St to shop local vendors and artists. Enjoy live music from local artists Kenny Stockard, Stone Throwers, and Wade Anthony Jr, curated by Keystone Artist Connect.
