This program is drop-in, so feel free to come and go as you please! This program is designed for our youngest learners (0-5) but suitable for all ages.
The April Wellness Wednesday Schedule is as follows:
April 3: Spinach. Come sample the focus fruit or vegetable and get recipe ideas to use it at home!
April 10: Partner Yoga. Join us for Wellness Wednesday in the Theater! Take a calming break in our Theater and join us for a 20-minute yoga class. Use breath work and relaxation techniques as we move our way through poses. This month, we’ll practice building community by focusing on partner poses -- bring a friend or make a new one! The first class will begin at 10:30a.m. and the second class will begin at 11:00a.m. Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours! All ages and abilities are welcome.
