As a Transportation Management Association (TMA), the PDP endeavors to improve access to and around Downtown for motorists, transit riders, bicyclists and pedestrians with a focus on safety issues and encouragement of multi-modal transportation.
Downtown Mobility Plan
The Mobility Plan seeks to pilot mobility improvement projects aimed at preparing Downtown for the significant revitalization that’s occurring as a result of more than $5.2 billion in real estate and transportation investment over the last decade.
Pedestrian Wayfinding
The Pittsburgh Pedestrian Wayfinding Project is a world-class wayfinding system that will enhance navigation, improve accessibility, and increase connectivity between the Pittsburgh neighborhoods of Downtown, Oakland, and North Side.

Downtown Development Activity Meetings
A forum available for residents, business owners, property owners, and other stakeholders to learn more about proposed Downtown development projects and provide feedback before the project can move forward in the City’s planning and approval process.
