This class is open to all participants ages 14+. No previous experience necessary.
The class will consist of a brief warm up, easy-to-follow sequences of fun, social dance moves that keep your heart rate up and a cool down/stretch to lengthen the muscles after. Wear comfortable, breathable clothes and be sure to bring a towel and water bottle! Free yoga mats are available for participants.
Dates: This fitness class starts January 13, 2020 and runs every Monday from 6:15pm to 7:15pm. Please be aware that classes will not be offered the week of February 24 (spring break).
Cost: This 12-week class costs $300.00. This price includes 12, 1-hour classes with professional instruction.
