“A Salute to First Responders” showcases the accomplishments of outstanding African-American police, fire and EMS through a display of photographs and other memorabilia to honor those who serve the public.

The exhibit is on display in the lobby of the City-County Building weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. February 1 – 28.

The City of Pittsburgh’s 2017 celebration of Black History Month is presented by Citiparks in affiliation with Heinz History Center, Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Library and Dollar Bank. The exhibit is sponsored by WAMO 100.
