Fab Lab: Cardboard Pinball Machine

Have you ever wanted to experiment with a 3D printer? Want to learn how to use a laser cutter? The Science Center's makerspace is open to the public. Whether you're looking to design and build a prototype from scratch or just want to try out some new technology, Fab Lab is the place to be!

Fab Lab Carnegie Science Center offers workshops with various themes and topics. Available dates and times are listed below. With questions, call 412.237.3400, then press 7.

Cardboard Pinball Machines

Design a cardboard pinball machine using 2D software! Use a laser cutter to cut it out, assemble it, and then decorate it with custom-created vinyl decals. This is a fun, fast-paced hands-on workshop for kids and adults alike.

Advance registration is required.

Ages 10 and up; children under 12 need to be accompanied by a paying adult.

Cost: $30/person
