Here at Inhale Pittsburgh, we offer Vinyasa style yoga classes from sunup to sundown throughout the week - and always a workshop or two on the weekends. Our team of teachers come from Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Hatha yoga disciplines and teach classes that focus on breath, movement, alignment, and meditation by incorporating their own unique knowledge and experience of the practice of yoga. Come to class to chill out, work out, rejuvenate, re-connect, or just have some good old fun. We want your yoga practice to be whatever you would like it to be. All you have to do is show up.
